The 2015 Turbo Championship of Online Poker (TCOOP) began yesterday and will continue running until February 1st. A total prize pool of $15,000,000 is spread across 50 faced-paced events, including the $2 million guarantee Main Event on February 1 (the winner will get at least $300,000). TCOOP features events that are different from any other PokerStars tournament schedule, and there are satellites to all events from as little as $0.11 or 1 FPP!

The 2014 Turbo Championship of Online Poker kicked off yesterday with four action-packed tournaments. The fast-paced tournament series is running until February 2, 2014, with over $15 million in prize money spread across 50 events! The 2012 Turbo Championship of Online Poker is now in the books as all 50 events have found their winners. Yesterday, the main event (Event #49) was played and not less than 3667 players took part in this event, which created a prize pool of $2,4 million! A player called "Betudontbet", from Mexico, won and received $382,855! Chris "ImDaNuts" Oliver , who finished 2nd in PCA last year, came second and got $285,310.

Another exciting tournament that was played yesterday was the $2100 High Roller event. Icallany, from norway, took home this event and received amazing $210,070. But still he received less than the runner-up, AlexKP, because of a deal the last 4 players agreed on. The other 2 players received about $170k each.

One tournament, 7,818 players, 15,365 Rebuys, 3,956 Add-ons and a total prize pool of $542,780. Sounds crazy, hah? Well, maybe not if you have taken part in one of PokerStars' Turbo Championship of Online Poker events. The event we are talking about above is Event #27, which was played yesterday.

A total of 2,995 players entered Event #23 ($153 NLHE 6-Max Hyper Turbo) and generated a prize pool of $449,250 - more than double the guarantee. The hyper turbo structure forced players to make quick decisions and the action was crazy to say the least. Only 46 minutes into the tournament the money bubble happened and all remaining 391 players were guaranteed $260 each.

It's time to get really excited as PokerStars Turbo Championship of Online Poker is less than 3 hours away from seeing the daylight for the very first time. The first event is a $22 No Limit Hold'em 6-max tournament with a $200,000 guarantee, but the prize pool will most probably be much greater than that since it's the opening event.

In total, $10,000,000 is guaranteed in over 50 events ($5.50 - $2,100 buy-ins) and the party will go on until January 29th. All tournaments will be played in Turbo and Huper Turbo mode, so you don't need waste a lot of your time to take in some of the events. Also there are satellites running for all the TCOOP events, with really cheap buy-ins.

The name of the new tournament series is TCOOP - Turbo Championship of Online Poker and it will included 50 events that will be played with turbo and hyper turbo structures. The buy-ins for the events will be everything between $11 and $2100 and there are already plenty of satellites up - running around the clock.
