Ok. Losing a hand with AA always sucks. Even if there is a chance of roughly 20% of it to happen. But losing with AK? Come, on. This is as standard as it gets. AK = looks good, but rarely wins.

usually the sessions don't go too well for most players because they lose more. The software is made to destroy you more, and very rarely to help you. This is not called neutrality, but this is the situation.
