It is possible for you to wait a few more days, or maybe you must to play and to unlock the entire of $5 amount. If sometimes they usually take longer depending on whether it is the first time you do something like that or if I did it properly, it would be like I told you to ask or send a message to an administrator or a manager to see if they can give you an answer
