I was playing the Freeroll just now, was in the money with an average stack when my game crashed and 888 won't let me log in anymore... Anyone knows what's up? 888 Id: pokernijjles

so they again have some problems with software and because of them you lost lot of chips at tournament,no matter if this is freeroll or buy in tournament!they still didnt fix everything and they probably will need to check everything at their system and sofrware!

After the latest update of the client software (late last week) i can still log on into the account, but the client is crashing immediately. Even a reinstall of the client did not solve the problem. Anyone else with that client problems?

Yes it is some situation to 888poker, of course it is software problems and people not hapoy, but i think no compensation to all eho play freeroll because you not pay to buy in tournament do nothing to give you from website. Sad situation

Yeah I've had problems with loggin in, getting a message saying that the site is being updated and will open when it is complete. Strange one, but I still think this is one of the best sites about, just wish I could win on here, like I do other sites,

... < ....What the f'kn thing was doing yesterday to my computer was,....after the 888 client crashed and disconnected,....it would then somehow disconnect my COMPUTER from the internet...!!!

Then later last night I'm watching poker on TV,...and the final table was ringed by an 888poker banner,...and I'm thinking "What a f'kn joke THAT is..." ...lol..

since the issue with the hackers they had, everything works fine now - or least for the standard of 888. except yesterday as the threadstarter says.. but also only for 10mins. after that players came back. i suggest to contact 888. looks like - unlike others - you have a special problem..

nah guess no compensation at all. i dont even know how they handle all the hands you played while it crashed... had a few tables opoen
hmmm ..... very strange .... I have no problems now with a client of 888poker .... really now after the tournament has finished the window appears and instantly disappears .... what did not happen before .... it appeared after updating the client .... it is not clear what it is .... but everything works

So some players have problems with software and playing and some dont!its strange situation,but there is still problem and they will have lot of problems with players!even this big tournament that they give for free will not be enough for players to have trust in 888 site!

If it is a problem that gets solved, and there is a compensation at some point, i dont see why players should loose their trust, in a site like this. Not many sites up like 888poker at the moment, than you can trust from all aspects. Technical problems in the world of internet and software can be unpredictable. Not to mention the attacks they had not too long ago...

well other sites dont have have problems like 888poker have and thats whole story!party poker had one big crush,but thats everything and its wasnt problem that is made by hackers!so 888 still have prbolems and with that they are in big problems!

it's very strange .... Maybe you somehow somewhere told your password to 888poker .... and someone entered your account and withdrew the money .... or just lost money .... I have no other explanation ..... I do not believe that 888poker in any way deceives you

pajalnick, i think you need to read the post again. He is talking about his stalk, that was gone, from the freeroll tournament he was playing. Not the money he had into his account These things arent easy to happen. Rare if non existent, especially in a site like 888poker.

margatero why then other sites dont have problems like 888poker?I dont remember that some sites had problems like them and that so many times software crush and that you can use him for hours!I knot that that in todays world anything can happen on internet,but this is too much!

Now is 888poker. In the past it was party poker. Or you have forgotten all the posts here about the bugs and crashes party poker had. And there were many players here complaining about that. It is normal at some point. It can be annoying but what can you do about it. Just stop playing there if you are so annoyed by it.

...and PokerStar. The difference was how many time take each one to fix it and how it works. 888 take a long while and is the worst fixed right now. In the God of Arena tournament, I had almost 45 minutes of bad function: the software was freezing, so I have to shut off the computer (the restart didn´t fix it). And in two moments the poker´s client simply disappear

party poker had one crash this year,it was for one days and they returned everyting to players,money from buy in,prize pool at that moment when tournament stoped and everyting else!so you compare one crash with every day problems on 888poker software!

Well, you cant compare pokerstars with 888poker either way. They are a few classes ahead. Not only they must have more personnel, but better equipment and more money. The faster they fix their problems, the less they loose from the rakes, isnt it?
